BuildPlanner.ca ("we", "this site") provides free construction calculators and guides. We collect as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Calculator inputs: Values you enter into our calculators are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Analytics: We use privacy-focused, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited. This does not identify individual visitors.

Contact: If you email us, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to respond.

Newsletter & downloads: If you sign up for our mailing list (for example, to receive a free checklist), your email address is collected and stored by our email service provider and used only to deliver the requested resource and occasional BuildPlanner updates. Signup uses confirmed (double) opt-in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Cookies and Advertising

This site may display advertising served by third-party vendors, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
